Rivne Regional Organization of the All -Ukrainian Public Organization “OPORA Civic Network” announces a tender for determining the service provider within the framework of participation in the grant competition “Sectoral Support for Civil Society” (Isar Unity). The service includes a facilitated assessment The indication of priority areas of development. Activity includes: holding individual 3-4 meetings of offline for 6-8 hours each with leaders/ki of the organization to study development requests; conducting a facilitated external assessment of the organization's capacity; conducting a joint meeting of the team on the development of the organizational development plan; revision of the organizational development plan and its presentation/discussion. If the facilitation meetings cannot be offline in Rivne, the team and facilitators will work online. All activities within the service should be completed in January 2025.
