NGO "Association of Public Advisers of Ukraine" (NGU Agra), representatives and representatives of which provide assistance to the population relating to the legal methods of solving problems as individual people, so communities as a whole. Last year, with the support of Isar of unity, within the framework of the United States Organizational Development Grant (2019-2024, a USAID Civil Society Support Initiative), Makitra's Initiative, together with the Community of the AGG, has formed a strategy for the development of the organization for 2020-2023 . This made it possible to clearly define the mission and vision of the Organization, to form a plan of organizational development, which today is successfully embodied in life. At this stage of development, it is important to develop a fundraising agent and a communicative strategy of the GO "AGG". We expect this to help our organization to attract external resources more efficiently, to increase its own cognitive and perform their own strategic goals. The main task of implementing a grant project is the formation of fundraising and communicative strategies based on the strategic plan of the GO "AGG", its mission, values and vision.
