Description:
Public Organization "Constellation Korostova", aims to develop the mountain village of Korota (Lviv region), and its inhabitants. Founded in 2019 by two persons. First of all, we tried to attract both different villagers as possible, and now the organization has expanded to twenty five people (paying membership fees). On June 2, 2021, the General Meeters hosted a new, eight-facing government, and a three-faced audit commission for the next three years. So, now, there are new challenges to us: to coordinate the vision (the purpose, mission, vision - who we, and what is in general) between all members of the organization; To increase the professional level of government, which mainly consists of rural residents who have not had experience in NGO - so that they can develop organizations in the next three years; Create an organization's strategic plan for 3 years; To create an organization's operational plan for 1 year; For this we need a provider who would have a facilitating strategic session for most members (approximately 15-20 people), 16 hours of trainings for the Board and the most active members of the Organization (10-12 people) on the basics of project management, fundraising, team building, and 1 ...
