Description:
Over the first 5 years, the existence of a Garage Hub protested the formats of facilitation of creativity, interactions, use of applied engineering as a tool for social activism and conversion of a hobby in microbusiness. Together with the administration of space, this work was performed exclusively by residents in a horizontal form. The coronavirus pandemic has changed the garage to the hub: the refusal to receive new residents has allowed the community of permanent residents to achieve the financial stability of the platform through commercial activity, and the development of a garage of the hub began to engage in the Board of Directors. Based on quarantine, we combine quarantine resistance with a pre-quarantine drive: for this we form a service team (operator). To launch this structure, access to expertise and new fundraising approaches are required. Now we are looking for a fundraising specialist to conduct: expertise of the state and prospects of the expert (conducting preliminary consultations with the team and familiarization with the main directions of work and projects, studying existing documents) - up to 10 hours of educational facilitated sessions for a fundraising team - 2 events 2 hours holding a facilitated session with a Garage Garage Garage in an offline format.
