Description:
Public organization "Center for Human Capital Development" (organization) is founded in May 2020. The main mission of the organization is the preparation of state formations of a new formation capable of building and strengthening state institutions and develop effective public policies by applying a holistic system of values on the development of the state and contributing to the strengthening of the national security of Ukraine. Need to professional assistance to organize the team's work during a 1-day strategic session devoted to the development of the NGO "Educational Online Incubator for Future Civil Servants" (project), which will become one of the main social products of the organization. The facilitator / consultant is expected to identify key aspects of development and subsequent project launch; effective organization of group work of the team for developing joint decisions; Advisory assistance in developing strategic project documents that will identify real (achievable) goals, necessary resources (time, human, financial) for the successful project implementation, team planning and roles in the project, etc. within the framework of the program "Initiative of Sectoral Support Civil Society" ...
