- "Novus Ukraine" LLC holds a tender for maintenance and repair of printing equipment of some NOVUS stores and invites partners to participate in the auction. Based on the results of the auction, the optimal offer will be selected and a service contract will be concluded with one of the participants on 2026. Terms of cooperation: The contractor company integrates into the "NOVUS ServiceDesk" application processing system and interacts with applicants through it. Once a quarter, maintenance (maintenance) of printing equipment is carried out at five NOVUS stores, for prevention of wear of equipment components. According to the results of the maintenance, the necessary repairs and obtaining an expert opinion on the equipment for wear and load. It is necessary to specify a single, average cost of inspection of one service object, regardless of geographical location of the object and the number of units of equipment on it. All replacement cartridges must be packed in polyethylene + a box, the box must be marked according to the model of the cartridge, and the cartridge itself must be marked according to dates and quantity maintenance. By "new cartridge" is meant a regenerated cartridge in a new case, with new accessories, filled with a working chip. Replacement fund of equipment and cartridges, the contractor company determines at its discretion, taking into account that to have the ability to adhere to the service level. Service level (SLA). Refueling/restoration of cartridges from the moment of receipt of the application - 2 working days. Repair of equipment from the moment of receipt of the application - 3 working days.
