• Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to take part in the monitoring of work on the replacement of the control panel on the TM Eloma steam combi ovenGeneral information Customer: TOV Novus Ukraine. The subject of the tender: - maintenance (maintenance) - ongoing repair - overhaul of Eloma combi steamers, as well as restoration and maintenance of water treatment systems. Objects: the Customer's network of retail outlets (list in attachments) 2. Equipment list Eloma combi steamers of various models. Water treatment systems (filtration, softening, dosing of reagents). The list of equipment, including the brand and model of combi ovens, is specified by the Contractor during the preliminary technical inspection and fixed in the corresponding appendix to the contract. 3. Scope of work 3.1. Maintenance: - scheduled maintenance according to the manufacturer's regulations - diagnostics - cleaning - inspection of nodes - calibration - inspection of water treatment systems 3.2. Current repair: - troubleshooting - replacement of parts 3.3. Overhaul: - equipment recovery - replacement of key nodes 3.4. Water treatment systems: - audit - recovery - regular maintenance - water quality control4. Requirements for the contractor - experience with Eloma - qualified staff - availability of tools - operational departure (according to priority of applications)5. Warranty obligations - warranty for work - warranty for spare parts - indication of terms 6. Regulations and schedules TOPcontractor provides: - maintenance regulations - maintenance schedule - list of works7. Spare parts - the use of original or of approved analogs - mandatory approval of analogs - provision of expense invoices for each replacement8.
