General information • Customer: Novus Ukraine LLC • Subject of purchase: Maintenance and repair services for ventilation systems. • Purpose: Provision uninterrupted and energy-efficient operation of ventilation systems. Scope of work • Maintenance of ventilation systems. • Repair of ventilation equipment. • Balancing of systems and checking of automation. Regularity of work performance. • Monthly maintenance. • Quarterly extended maintenance. • Annual complete maintenance. Requirements for the contractor • Work experience of at least 3 years. • Qualified personnel. • Availability of an emergency team. Expected results • Uninterrupted operation of ventilation systems. • Reduction of energy consumption. • Availability of acts and reports. Terms of payment • Payment is made after the work is completed. Performer sends a certificate of completed works and an invoice for payment. The customer pays within the period (10 days) from the date of receipt of the invoice Requirements for the tender offer The commercial offer must include: • Agreement with the terms of the Customer's contract • The price in the commercial offer must be given in UAH with VAT (Appendix No. 2). Fixation of the price in UAH for the period of validity of the contract.• The participant provides a commercial offer on company letterhead in the format of Appendix No. 2.• Terms of payment.
