- Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to take part in the tender for the selection of a subcontractor for the execution of road marking works, restoration and installation of road traffic organization elements. 1. General information Customer: LLC Novus Ukraine. Subject of the tender: - application of road markings - restoration and/or replacement of road signs - installation and replacement of delineators - installation and replacement of tactile tiles - performance of works in accordance with ODROObjects: parking lots and adjacent territory Novus Ukraine LLC (list of objects in attachments). 2. Scope of work 2.1. Marking: - in accordance with ODR - certified materials - compliance with DSTU 2.2. Road signs: - restoration - replacement - installation 2.3. Delineators: - installation - replacement 2.4. Tactile tile: - installation - replacement 2.5. Works according to ODR: - a complete set of works3. Requirements for the contractor - experience - personnel - equipment - certified materials4. Warranty obligations - a guarantee of at least 12 months for the work performed - elimination of defects at the expense of the contractor5. Quality of work - compliance with DSTU - durability - quality of installation6. Document management - documents - photos before/after - certificates7. Terms of cooperation - work under the contract of Novus Ukraine LLC - price agreement 8. Evaluation criteria- price - experience - terms - guarantees9. Additional requirements - safety equipment - preservation of property10. Terms of payment - Advance payment in the amount of 50% of the total cost of materials within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing the contract by the Parties and received invoice; - payment in the amount of 50% of the total cost of materials within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing the Acts of completed works; 11.
