Non-governmental organization "Modern Format" announces a tender for the provider (expert / expert) for the provision of services on internal reporting of employees of NGOs "Modern format" and the formation of individual plans for the development of NGO employees "Modern Format", VT Ch. conducting assessment of employees. Tender is hosted by NGO "Modern Format" within the program "Initiative of Sectoral Support Civil Society", introducing Isar "Unity". The purpose of the tender is to develop a system for reporting staff of a non-governmental organization "Contemporary Format", including - 1) the formation of individual plans for the development of employees, 2) the internal reporting procedure of employees and 2) assessment of the employees of the non-governmental organization "Modern format". During the implementation, the provider has: to interview with each employee / production (5-7 people) NGO "Modern Format" in ZOOM format, identify motivation and to formulate individual development plans for 2022; Develop an internal procedure for reporting NGO employees "Modern Format"; Prepare the draft documents for approval, as well as finalize documents for approval.
