The Kharkiv IT Cluster invites experienced stratege facilitators to take part in a tender for a two-day offline strategic session for our team and processing its results. The purpose of the strategic session is to familiarize the team with a new strategic vision of the development of the Kharkiv IT cluster ecosystem, approved by the Supervisory Board. Determining the role of each team member in the implementation of the strategy. Development of operating strategies, OKR, KPI and calendar plans. Determination of methods of monitoring and evaluation of progress. Determination of risks assessment and mitigation methods. Developing a stimulus system for a team in order to effectively implement a strategy. The facilitator's task is to prepare and hold a two -day offline of a strategic session. Using effective facilitation methods to achieve the goals. Creation of a comprehensive document based on the session. Volume of work Preparatory stage: familiarization with the materials of Kharkiv IT cluster. Development of a strategic session program. Conducting a session: Facilitation of discussions and exercises aimed at achieving goals. Promoting the team in developing specific plans and indicators.
