Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of a company for the purchase and supply of tiles. Information about the Customer. TOV Novus Ukraine. Priozerniy, 5. Shopping center 1066, "NOVUS" store, address: Kyiv, 14-A Bazhana Ave. Nowa Gala (Poland). Qualification criteria: The tenderer must provide documents according to the qualification questionnaire given in Appendix 1 to this technical task. The tender participant must be a manufacturer or an official representative-importer of products (the subject of the tender); the tender participant must provide information on the availability of certificates and test protocols for the subject of the tender. Requirements for the supply of goods: Delivery period: Products must be available at the manufacturer's factory, or manufactured on time. Delivery time: - Shopping center 1132 Ozerniy Gay at the address Kyiv region, Fastivskyi district, village. Gatne, Priozerny Blvd., 5 until 11/15/2025. Shopping center 1066 at the address of Kyiv, Bazhana Ave., 14-A until 12/1/2025. The price of the product includes transportation and all expenses that may be incurred during the execution of the procurement contract. Tender evaluation criteria. Full compliance of the participating company with sections 1 and 2 of this technical task; Financing conditions: Advance payment in the amount of 50% of the total cost of the contract, additional payment in the amount of 50% of the total of the cost of the contract after 10 (ten) days, after signing the contract - 50 points when selecting the counterparty. Advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total cost of contract, additional payment in the amount of 70% of the total cost of contract after 10 (ten) days, after signing the contract - 70 points when selecting the counterparty.
