- Dear partners! Novus Ukraine LLC invites you to take part in the tender for the choice of the company for the purchase and supply of air conditioning equipment for Novus Ukraine LLC. Tender: to determine the brand and supplier of air conditioning equipment, on the objects of the company Novus Ukraine. 1) Qualification Criteria: The tender participant must submit documents according to the qualification questionnaire given in Annex 1 to this technical task. The tender must have a dealer or distributor certificate from the manufacturer to supply the equipment (tender). The tender should be qualified Engineering staff for the support of Novus Ukraine LLC at the stage of designing DEC systems. Difficult brands of equipment LG, HAIER, COOPER & HUNTER (or Analog) .2) Requirements for equipment supply: delivery period: June-July 2025 Between the customer and the supplier, with the fixation of the price per unit in UAH from VAT. The customer provides a list of order and information: delivery address, contact person data (Annex 2). Equipment must have certificates of conformity, hygienic certificates, compliance with the fire safety of construction objects, passports for equipment, warranty coupon. Warehouse of the supplier (the ability to store in the warehouse an agreed list of equipment and components for warranty and post -warranty service) .3) Criteria for evaluation of tender proposals. Compliance of the company of the participant in section 1 and 2 of this technical task. The price in the commercial proposal should be given in UAH with VAT (Annex # 2). Fixing the price in UAH for the period of the contract. The participant provides a commercial offer on the company format of the company in the format of Annex # 2.
