- Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of the company for the purchase and supply of lighting equipment for the NOVUS facility in Kyiv, str. Mokra 20vQualification criteria: The tender participant must provide documents according to the qualification questionnaire given in Appendix 1 to of this technical task. The tender participant must be a manufacturer or an official representative-importer of products (dealer or distributor certificate from the manufacturing plant for the subject of the tender). The tenderer must provide information on the availability of certificates and test protocols, regarding the subject of the tender. Requirements for the supply of goods: Delivery period: The product must be available, the delivery period is agreed with the Customer of the NOVUS shopping center at the address: Kyiv, str. Wet 20c. The price of the goods includes transportation and all expenses that may be incurred during the execution of the contract purchase. Terms of delivery of goods - DDP, Kyiv, str. Mokra 20v Criteria for evaluation of tender offers. Full compliance of the participant's company with section 1 and 2 of this technical task. Terms of financing the goods (deferral of payment; advance of 30% or 50%; other payment terms (at the evaluation of KP, preference will be to be provided to the Participant who provided optimal payment conditions for the Customer) Product pricing conditions and product cost. (indicate in the KP); Warranty (indicate in the KP); Delivery term (indicate in the KP). General requirements. The participant must provide as part of the tender proposal the conformity of the item offered by him procurement according to the technical characteristics indicated below: Delivery is carried out at the expense of the Supplier.
