• Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the tender for the purchase and delivery of fire extinguishers to stores. The purpose of the purchase: to provide the Customer's facilities with primary means of fire extinguishing in accordance with the requirements of current legislation and fire department regulations security.1. The volume of procurement Supply of fire extinguishers according to the list specified in Appendix 1. The need for supply is determined during the year on the basis of applications received from stores. 2. The main requirements for products: fire extinguishers must be new, as follows that were not in use; the product must meet the requirements of the current fire safety standards and norms of Ukraine; availability of certificates of conformity and/or declarations of conformity; each fire extinguisher must have the manufacturer's marking, date of manufacture and instructions for use; expiration date - according to the technical specifications of the manufacturer. 3. Terms of delivery delivery is made to the Customer's address (or to the Customer's warehouse); the price must include the costs of transportation and unloading; term delivery: calendar days from the moment of placing the order.4. Warranty requirements product warranty - in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions. 5. A commercial offer must contain the cost per unit of production, the total cost of delivery, and deadlines deliveries; warranty conditions. 4) Fill out Appendix 1_Summary availability of fire extinguishers. 5) Terms of payment: 100% of payment is made 10 calendar days after signing the contract.
