- Dear Sirs, NOVUS UKRAINE LLC invites you to take part in the tender for identifying contractors for monitoring NOVUS locations using the Mystery Shopping method for 2026. Purpose of the tender: Identifying contractors for monitoring NOVUS locations using the Mystery Shopping method for 2026 r. The contractor must provide: a platform, analytical reporting on Power BI, monthly closing of the quota for all locations for 2 checks for each, training of personnel to work with the platform, 24/7 support. Briefly about the task: General description. Uninterrupted provision research by the Mystery Shopping method. Provide a platform for work that will contain interactive reporting, train staff to work with it. Provide monthly analytical reporting on Power BI, presentation of monthly reporting to our company. Monthly closing the quota for all locations, 2 checks for each, support of validators, managers 24/7. Provide the cost and deadlines for closing the monitoring quota of NOVUS locations using the Mystery Shopping method.
