Objective: Facilitation of the process of development of the strategic and operational plan of the NGO is a grid for the period 2023-2026. Key tasks: assessing the current state: to analyze the mission, vision and goals of the organization at the moment. SWOT analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. stakeholder definition: to consult with key stakeholders to find out their expectations, needs and contribution to the organization. Strategy Development: Facilitate the sessions of the working group to formulate strategic goals and objectives for the next three years. Determine key priorities and development areas. Strategic Planning: To promote the development of a strategic plan for 2023-2026. Determine the key performance and monitoring system performance on the results of the strategy. Operational Planning: To develop an operational plan for 2023-2025, including a calendar of measures and resources for their implementation, together with the working group. Team Involvement: Organize trainings and work sessions to involve the team to contribute to strategic and operational planning.
