Description:
Procurement subject: Information on technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the procurement subject are set out in Annex 4 to the tender documentation. Substantiation of reference to marking/type of procurement object: the goods set by the customer with a specific marking, determined by the production need for high quality of axes and compliance with the regulatory requirements, which is necessary for work on capital and current repair of the tram cars of the customer. According to the technical and operational properties given by specialists in the technical part of the customer, spare parts have qualitative, operational and regulatory compliance with the established requirements and satisfy the needs of the customer. The expected value of the subject of the procurement is determined within the planned expenses, taking into account the requirements of the Ministry of Economy Order of 12.02.2020 under No. 275 "On approval of the exemplary methodology for determining the expected value of the subject of procurement", according to the proposals received.
