The NGO "E -Champion" within the framework of the program "Strong Civil Society of Ukraine - the Movement of Reforms and Democracy" on Isar of Unity, announces a tender for such activities offline in Kyiv. To date, the activities of the organization are mainly initiative and situational, based on team enthusiasm, but does not have a formalized development strategy. The absence of a clear strategic vision and the action plan limits the possibility of attracting resources, partners, new community participants and significantly complicates systematic scaling of activities. At the expense of the grant we plan to organize a strategic session with the participation of a professional facilitator, which will allow: to determine the clear mission of the organization, which will reflect both the internal values of the team and the real needs of target groups (youth, veterans with PTSD and disability). Formulate vision (Vision) of the organization for 3-5 years forward, including specific success indicators. Identify strategic goals and priorities that will help to orient the annual planning and allocation of resources.
