Thermomodernization of Municipal Institutions “Preschool Educational Institution (Nursery-Kindergarten) of compensating type No.12 “Sonechko”, “Preschool Educational Institution (Nursery-Kindergarten) of combined type No.30 “Malva”, “Preschool Educational Institution (Nursery-Kindergarten) of combined type No.41 “Posmishka” of Kamianske City Council
The contract will be procured through the open procedure in accordance with the European Investment Bank-s “Guide to Procurement for Projects Financed by the EIB” (EIB-s GtP) available online at https://www.eib.org/en/publications/guide-to-procurement. Firms, including Joint Ventures, consortia or associations and their individual members, from all countries may participate in this tender. In the case of a JV, consortium or association, all the partners shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. The Contractor shall follow the Environmental and Social Policies and comply with the environmental and social requirements of the European Investment Bank (available at https://www.eib.org/en/publications/eib-environmental-and-social-standards ) and ensure that its subcontractors comply with the same.
