- WHO Ukraine is seeking for a provider of Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) services, to strengthen accountability and improve the quality of its health response within the country.The TPM provider is expected to conduct post-delivery monitoring of supplies, ensuring that the items are correctly delivered in compliance with donor and WHO requirements, and assessing the satisfaction of the end-users, and to conduct on-site and post-monitoring visits related to capacity-building training of healthcare workers.
