The participant, regardless of his form of taxation, when submitting a tender, enters into the electronic procurement system information about the price of the offer excluding VAT. When concluding an agreement on procurement with a participant who is registered in Ukraine as a value added tax payer, the amount of VAT, calculated in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, will be calculated on the amount of the offer of the winner of the procurement procedure and specified in the procurement contract.
