November 14, 2025 departure from Kyiv, Laboratorny lane, 7-A (UAF) to Lutsk; November 15, 2025 arrival in Lviv (Main Railway station, square Dwirtseva, 1) and departure to Warsaw (Poland) Mercure Warszawa Centrum (Zlota 48/54, 00-120 Warszawa); on November 16, 2025 moving around Warsaw (hotel - stadium - hotel); on November 17, 2025 departure from Warsaw (Poland) Mercure Warszawa Centrum (Zlota 48/54, 00-120 Warszawa) via Lviv (Main Railway Station, Dvirtseva Square, 1) to Kyiv (Laboratory 7-A avenue (UAF) on November 18, 2025. The year of manufacture of the vehicle (bus) for the transportation of the official delegation is no earlier than 2015. Passenger bus with at least 50 seats. The presence of a toilet and air conditioner. Determination of specific time frames for departure and place of arrival will be agreed between the customer and the winner additionally. Requirements for the carrier: 1. fill in the information provided in the purchase annexes; 2. providing a contract that will confirm the provision of similar services for the past two years (from the date of procurement publication); 3. has been operating for more than 1 year (from the date of procurement publication) 4. availability of a license for international transportation of passengers; 5. the vehicle to which the services will be provided must be owned or leased by the carrier; 6. scan copy of the registration certificate vehicle; 7. a photo of the vehicle (outside, inside and luggage compartment) to which the services will be provided; 8. in the case of involvement of third parties in the provision of services under the contract - to fulfill the requirements specified in points 4-7 in relation to such third parties.
