• Services for the transportation of the youth national team of Ukraine U19 (2007) from the city of Kyiv (UAF, Laboratorny lane, 7A) to the city of Chisinau (airport), from the city of Chisinau (airport) to the city of Kyiv (UAF, Laboratorny lane, 7A) March 21, 2026 - transfer Kyiv city (Laboratorny 7-A lane (UAF) - Chisinau (airport); April 1, 2026 - transfer from Kysyniv city (airport) - Kyiv (Laboratorny 7-A lane (UAF). Determination of specific time frames for departure and place of arrival will be agreed between the customer and requirements for the vehicle: - Passenger bus with the number of seats at least 48; - Vehicle (vehicle) year of manufacture no later than 2010; - Environmental class not lower than Euro-5; - Uninterrupted access to the Internet using Starlink; - Availability of 220 V sockets at passenger seats; - Availability of air conditioners and a toilet. Requirements for the carrier: 1. fill in the information provided in the purchase annexes; 2. provision of a contract that will confirm the provision of similar services for the last two years (from the date of publication of the procurement); 3. has been operating for more than 1 year (from the date of procurement publication) 4. availability of a license for international transportation of passengers; 5. the vehicle to which the services will be provided must be owned or lease of the carrier; 6. scan copy of the vehicle registration certificate; 7. a photo of the vehicle (outside, inside and luggage compartment) to which the services will be provided; 8. in case of involvement of third parties in the provision of services under the contract - to perform the requirements specified in clauses 4-7 in relation to such third parties.
