Services for the transportation of the youth national team of Ukraine U21 from the city of Kyiv (UAF, Laboratorniy lane, 7A) to the city of Chisinau (Moldova, airport) and in the return direction from Chisinau (Moldova, airport) to the city of Kyiv (UAF, Laboratorniy lane 7-А). November 9, 2025 - transfer to Kyiv (Laboratory Lane 7-A (UAF) - Chisinau city (Moldova, airport). November 18, 2025 - transfer city of Chisinau (Moldova, airport) - Kyiv city (Laboratory Lane 7-A (UAF). Requirements for the carrier: 1. fill in the information provided in the annexes to the purchase; 2. provide a contract that will confirm provision of similar services in the last two years (from the date of publication of the procurement); 3. has been operating for more than 1 year (from the date of procurement publication) 4. availability of a license for international transportation of passengers; 5. the vehicle to which the services will be provided must be owned or leased carrier; 6. scan copy of the vehicle registration certificate; 7. a photo of the vehicle (outside, inside and luggage compartment) to which the services will be provided; 8. in the case of involvement of third parties in the provision of services under the contract - to fulfill the requirements specified in clauses 4-7 in relation to them third parties. Vehicle requirements: - passenger capacity of at least 48 people; - availability of a toilet and air conditioning.
