When concluding a purchase agreement with a participant who is registered in Ukraine as a value added tax payer, the amount of VAT calculated in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation will be calculated on the amount of the bid of the winner of the procurement procedure and be specified in the procurement contract....
