- Expression of Interest are invited for Ukraine Service Delivery Indicator Survey (Health) The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications. Qualification Criteria 1. 10 years of experience managing large scale data collection is required. Previous experience with health facility surveys and health care professional knowledge assessment would be an advantage. * 2. Proven ability to facilitate communication between different stakeholders, government, non-government, and academic institutions. * 3. At least 5 years proven experience with data quality assurance mechanisms (field work management, data entry programming, etc.) required. * 4. A doctoral degree in the social sciences or a related field is preferred.
