Advance payment in the amount of 80% (eighty percent) of the invoice amount within 5 (five) working days from the moment of receipt of the original or a copy of the invoice from the Supplier; - final payment in the amount of 20% (twenty percent) of the price of the delivered batch of Goods according to the invoice of the invoice is carried out within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of registration by the Supplier of the tax invoice/calculation of the adjustment to the tax invoice in the Unified register of tax invoices in electronic form in compliance with the conditions for registration in the manner specified by the Tax Code Ukraine.
