• Description:
• Subject of procurement: The quality of the Goods delivered in accordance with this Agreement must meet the characteristics established for the relevant Goods and the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. The Supplier guarantees the quality of the Goods supplied under this Agreement, provided that they are kept in accordance withbut the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. If the Goods turn out to be defective or do not comply with the terms of this Agreement, additional agreements, annexes, Specifications to it, requirements of standards, etc., which apply to the Goods, the Supplier undertakes to replace such Goods with Goods of appropriate quality inin accordance with the requirements of Section 4 of the Agreement. The assortment and completeness of the delivered Goods must comply with the terms of the Specifications to this Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in the Specifications, the shelf life of the Goods on the date of their delivery to the Buyer must be at least 75% of the total shelf lifehundred of the Goods. For the purposes of this clause of the Agreement, the date of delivery should be considered the date of signing by the Parties of the relevant invoice, certifying the transfer of ownership of the Goods from the Supplier to the Buyer.replacement of the Product is mandatory.
