Description:
LLC MIT GROUP conducts tender procurement (RFP) for veterinary drugs (vaccines) with the aim of identifying key suppliers and forming long-term conditions. Estimated need for the period is attached. Requirements for the product: Veterinary drugs/means registered in Ukraine, available registration certificates, instructions, manufacturer's certificates of quality (CoA). Storage conditions according to instructions (including cold chain, if applicable). Expiry date on delivery date: at least 80-90% of the residue (for vaccines/biologicals - at least 80%). Unopened/intact packages; labeling in Ukrainian, batch/series/date. Requirements to the supplier: Permits/licenses for the wholesale trade of vet drugs; GMP/GDP for production/warehouse (if available), internal HACCP/quality system. Ensuring the temperature regime during delivery; on request — temperature loggers. Service: availability of the manager, SLA for shipment, the possibility of urgent deliveries, return/replacement of defects. Terms of cooperation: Geography: warehouses/locations of MIT GROUP LLC (details upon request). Terms of delivery: DDP customer's warehouse. Payment: deferred payment.
