Description:
To participate in the Tender, the Contractor must review and fill out the package of tender documentation (1. BОQ for "Installation of the SCM system"; 2. Project SCM.RK 1, 2 section. Aurora (parts 1-4), 3. Subcontracting agreement - the tenderer must develop and submit a protocol disagreements); After processing the tender documentation, the Contractor must provide a completed package of tender documentation and add the following documents to the package: - Commercial offer - must be provided in Excel format and contain the cost of all items from the Specification from the project according to SCM.1 and 2 section for materials, products, equipment and their installation. submission of documents; - Articles of Association in the current version (all pages, including the reverse side, on which there is information); related to the creation of architectural objects with appendices; - Special permits and declarations granted to the Subcontractor for the performance of high-risk works and for the operation of machines, mechanisms, and high-risk equipment; - Certificates of employees about completion of training on OP and TV issues; qualification certificates of employees; - Copy of the passport and code of the manager (signatory) of the Subcontractor; - Power of attorney or other document confirming the authority of the signatory of the Subcontractor (if available); - Balance sheet (Report on financial condition) of the Subcontractor - the last submitted (registered); - Subcontractor's report on financial results (Report on total income) - the last submitted (registered); (income, financial support, assistance, compensation) of insured persons and the amount of the accrued single contribution to the mandatory state social insurance to the revenue authorities) Appendix 4 - table 1 Last...
